Engineered specifically for the European 3-phase EV charging market, the AZEV400 sets a new benchmark for versatility, durability, and safety. The standard version features four normally open (NO) load contacts rated at 50A with integrated monitoring (mirror) contacts, in full compliance with IEC 60947-4-1 annex F.7.2 and IEC 61810-3 standards. With a robust 50A / 480 VAC switching capability, the AZEV400 is also adaptable as a relay for higher current 2-pole or 1-pole configurations.
Designed for IEC 61851 Mode 3 charging infrastructure, the AZEV400 is ideal for residential and commercial EVSE deployments across Europe. The relay supports ≥4.0 mm contact gap, a neutral pre-make design, and is rated for 50,000 cycles under CC2 conditions, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, the AZEV400 withstands inrush currents as per ISO 17409, and meets the demanding requirements of IEC 62955, IEC 62752, IEC 61008-1, and IEC 62052-11.
