Aliso Viejo, Calif., July 30, 2009 – American Zettler, Inc.
announced today the
acquisition of the relay business of Greenwich Electronics, Inc. (GEI) of East
Greenwich, R.I. (www.geirelays.com), effective August 1, 2009. GEI is a manufacturer and stocking
distributor of electromechanical and solid-state relays, reed products and
sockets.

company, bringing an expanded presence to the East Coast and increasing our

American Zettler plans to open an East Coast office in the Philadelphia area and
has appointed Todd LaLonde, former Sales Vice President, GEI, to head the office
as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager for Reed Relays.
